Haley (center), my youngest daughter, a senior at WashU in St. Louis, loves to cook at college so I asked her to share her college cooking experiences for those who are just entering the cooking world.  In her St. Louis apartment with minimum kitchen space, she enthusiastically cooks weekly and usually ends of up feeding all of her friends—and I end up paying the grocery bills.
