How fun to have our first television appearance to launch the Spanish edition of Eating Well Through Cancer,Alimentándose bien durante el cáncer,  in Dallas on Telemundo with the lovely, Adriana Lopez of Acceso Total.  I always bring food whenever I do TV, so I brought the ENSALADA DE POLLO MEXICANO CON ARROZ (Chicken Taco Rice Salad) and you can  whip up the recipe easily in your home.

I must admit this was my first time on Spanish-language TV and they even gave me an opportunity to speak.  Thanks Adriana and I’m so excited to have Chef Zoe on my team!
