Best Rotisserie Chicken Recipe is Easy To Make And As Good As BBQ
Pulled Chicken recipe from KITCHEN 101 cookbook
Makes 4 (3/4-cup) servings
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon cocoa
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
2 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast
1. In nonstick pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté onion until tender. Add remaining ingredients except chicken, stirring. Cook about 7 minutes.
2. Add chicken and continue cooking until well heated.
