Chicken Scampi
When going through cancer treatment it is important to get enough protein, but often foods can make an already upset stomach even more upset. You will find this dish to be light and easy on you gastrointestinal tract. Boiled plain pasta and dry toast is a good meal to try once your diarrhea is decreasing. Cut the chicken into strips and toss with pasta and you have a super high-protein combination. I have always loved shrimp scampi and now you can enjoy the same flavor with chicken.
