Have you had a colonscopy?

I believe that everyone should do what they can for cancer prevention.  This morning I had my colonscopy, as my mother had colon cancer 25 years ago.  Whether you have a family history or not, at a certain age, you should have a colonscopy…no, it isn’t fun, pleasant or enjoyable but we all get through it.  I am going to share some of the facebook tips regarding the prep, which truly is the only bad part!
