My husband loves to invite people over for the game. My go-to appetizer for last-minute guests are my absolute favorite Mini Muffalettas from my Gulf Coast Favorites cookbook. I make plenty ahead of time and keep them in the freezer for the perfect snack or party food for quick and easy entertaining. The mix of sweet bread and salty olive salad with creamy cheese and ham is SO delicious! You will want to keep them on-hand too! Oh, and sometimes I use sliced turkey-if you don’t want ham. I think any time you come to my house, I have these in the freezer…as many times I pull out for my afternoon snack.
