Easy 4 Ingredient Salmon Recipe-Glazed Salmon

OK-we hear we need to eat more salmon as salmon contains the heart healthy fats we so need.  Salmon seem intimidating to you???  Well, here is the recipe to give it a try.  I have done demonstrations to 1000′s with this recipe and I always get the same response that this recipe is SO EASY and they never knew salmon could be so simple to prepare and taste so good.  I sometimes buy a whole slab of salmon (cheaper) and cut into individual servings and freeze to pull out for dinner to cook.glazed salmon  Give salmon a try and let me know what you think!!!

1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
4 (6-ounce) salmon filets
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and mustard.  Marinate salmon in the refrigerator in sauce several hours or until ready to cook.  In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook salmon on each side until golden brown and crispy and just cooked through.  Transfer salmon to 2 platter.  Add remaining honey glaze to skillet and simmer, stirring, until mixture comes to a boil.  Return salmon to pan, heat, and serve.
