Fast Fish
I had some fish that I wanted to cook the other night but I wasn’t quite sure what to do with it. I figured since my Mom is teaming up with NAKANO seasoned rice vinegars that maybe I should figure out what seasoned rice vinegar actually is… just in case someone asks me! So, I decided to use the NAKANO Red Pepper seasoned rice vinegar. I put the fish into a zipper top bag and put some of the vinegar in with the fish to marinate. I let it sit for about 30 minutes in the fridge and then poured the fish and vinegar into a skillet. I cooked it on about medium – there was enough liquid in the pan to poach the fish. Now don’t be alarmed – this won’t be the best smelling dinner you have ever made, but trust me, it doesn’t taste like it smells! NAKANO has won me over; this fish was FAST and DELICIOUS! It was probably one of the easiest things I have ever made, and still tasted great… even my husband loved it!
