Eat Well with Delicious Food for Arthritis-diet and Cancer Patients

Just because you have a health condition doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy delicious food!  Yes, there are foods that are better tolerated when someone is going through cancer treatment.  However, cancer patients and their caregivers should eat well and also enjoy their favorite foods!  My Potato Soup from my cookbook, Eating Well Through Cancer, makes the best and easiest potato soup recipe.  You don’t even have to peel potatoes because the recipe starts with frozen hashbrowns.If you need an arthritis diet to help fight inflammation, you also eat well with flavorful food. There is no magical diabetes diet and it is the healthiest way to eat! I understand the importance of enjoying food and understand the need to eat healthy if you have diabetes.  I include diabetic recipes in all my cookbooks !!  You don’t have to eat plain baked chicken  and boring food to eat a diabetic diet. Also, my cookbooks are about a healthier lifestyle and you find a “D” to highlight diabetic recipes throughout the cookbook. My Diabetic Cookbook with the American Diabetes Association focuses on healthier recipes with wonderful flavor and I partnered with the ADA withmy trim and terrific series.
