<p>Looking for a quick snack with simple ingredients that can be prepared in a snap!  This was a recipe I created for <a href="http://connect.walmart.com/greatvalue/default.aspx?r=50">Walmart, Mini Cheese Pizzas</a>-a fun recipe that the kids can help, be creative and will love to eat!</p>
<p><strong>Mini Cheese Pizzas</strong></p>
<p>Prep Time: 5 minutes<br />
Cook Time: 10 minutes<br />
Meal Occasion: Lunch/Snack/Dinner<br />
Makes 10 pizzas<br />
Serving size one biscuit<br />
Cost Per Serving: less than $1</p>
<p>Ingredients<br />
•1 (10-biscuit) can Great Value jumbo flaky refrigerated biscuits<br />
•1/3 cup Great Value Pizza Sauce<br />
•1/2 cup Great Value shredded mozzarella cheese</p>
<p>Instructions:<br />
1.Preheat oven 450ºF. Pat each biscuit into 4-inch circle on baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray.<br />
2.Spoon pizza sauce on each biscuit round. Sprinkle cheese over pizza sauce, bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.</p>
<p>Tips:<br />
1.Use veggies to make funny faces, green pepper slice for mouth, black olives for eyes, and mushroom for nose – kids will love this!<br />
2.Spice your pizza up, try different marinara sauces.</p>

<p>This captivating dip layered with fantastic flavors is a show-stopper! Feel free to double this recipe and watch it disappear. Serve with Toasted Pita Wedges.</p>
<p><strong>Mediterranean Layered Dip </strong>from <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Holly-Cleggs-Terrific-Diabetic-Cooking/dp/1580402607/ref=pd_cp_b_1">Holly Clegg trim&amp;TERRIFIC Diabetic Cooking</a></p>
<p>8 servings/serving size: 1/2 cup</p>
<p>1 (7-ounce) container hummus</p>
<p>1 cup coarsely chopped fresh baby spinach</p>
<p>1/2 cup chopped tomatoes</p>
<p>1/2 cup chopped cucumber</p>
<p>1/4 cup chopped red onion</p>
<p>1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese</p>
<p>2 tablespoons sliced kalamata or black olives</p>
<p>1. Spread hummus on a 9-inch serving plate.</p>
<p>2. Sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients, refrigerate until serving time.</p>

<p><strong>Terrific Tidbit</strong>: Look for different containers of flavored hummus to give this recipe extra punch. If you can&#8217;t find this container size, just buy the bigger one, use 7 ounces-then serve the rest another day!</p>

<p>These scrumptious cookies are festive enough for a holiday treat, and fantastic enough to enjoy all year long.</p>
<p> 48 servings/serving size: 1 square</p>
<p> 1 1/3 cups reduced-fat graham cracker crumbs</p>
<p>2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute</p>
<p>1/2 cup natural wheat and barley cereal</p>
<p>1 (14-ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk</p>
<p>1/2 cup dried cranberries</p>
<p>1/3 cup white chocolate chips</p>
<p>1/3 cup chopped walnuts</p>
<p>5 tablespoons butter, melted</p>
<p> 1. Preheat oven 350° F.  In 13x9x2-in baking pan, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, butter; press along bottom of pan. </p>
<p>2. Sprinkle cranberries, white chocolate chips, walnuts, cereal evenly over graham cracker crust.  Pour sweetened condensed milk over top.</p>
<p>3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.</p>
