Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked diced skinless chicken breasts (rotisserie)
- 1 cup red grapes cut in half
- 1 cups can Dole pineapple chunks drained or 2fresh pineapple chunks, 15-ounce
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1/3 cup pecan halves toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups chopped kale

- In large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with Pineapple Vinaigrette (see recipe).
