March Madness Basketball Cooking with Glen Big Baby Davis
March Madness Basketball is in full swing and I wanted to share this fun day of cooking my delicious Hamburger Dip with Glen Big Baby Davis. I don’t often cook with a basketball star and it was fun showing him how to make his favorite meals healthier. This Hamburger Dip recipe from my Trim and Terrific Gulf Coast Favorites cookbook is probably one of my all-time favorite go-to appetizers. Davis might be bigger than me but I am definitely better in the kitchen, and since both of us are from Louisiana with an interest in healthy cooking, that actually made us a perfect match!
Delicious Louisiana Recipes Made Healthier
Davis told me some of his go-to recipes and I showed him healthier versions of his favorites. I always trim my recipes down but keep them terrific! Who doesn’t love a good appetizer like my Hamburger Dip, especially when gathering friends around the television to root on your favorite March Madness basketball team!? Davis especially loved all of our delectable Louisiana food and cooked happily from my Gulf Coast Favorites cookbook which features all of his Louisiana favorites.
