Banana Blueberry Bread
Never made a quick bread? With a bowl, a spoon, Bisquick mix, blueberries and bananas, you can whip up this fruity, moist bread for a wonderful breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 2/3cups mashed bananas
  • 2/3cup light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 3/4cups biscuit baking mix
  • 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1cup blueberries
  • 1cup chopped pecans or walnutsoptional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Coat 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In large mixing bowl, mix bananas, brown sugar and eggs. Stir in biscuit mix, cinnamon and nuts, if using, until just blended. Transfer to prepared pan.
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
