Tuna is fast cooking and fast preparation and combined with the fiery Wasabi Cream and the freshness of salsa, you have a marvelous meal in minutes. I have included two salsa options, as I couldn’t decide which I preferred.

Holly’s choice:  Have you ever used a tortilla warmer –it’s an insulated microwave pouch that keeps the tortillas warm for one hour!  LOVE this product for serving tacos! Have you ever used wasabi in a tube?  Great way to have wasabi on hand for all types of recipes. Wasabi is sold in most grocery stores as paste or in small container where sushi is.
