Ingredients
  • 1pound ground chicken
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/3cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2teaspoons dried oregano leaves
  • 1/2cup coarsely chopped baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 500°F. Line baking sheet with foil.
  2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and form into four patties. Cook 15 minutes or until done.
