Marinated crab fingers, my personal favorite, are simple and insanely good—a real crowd pleaser.

Ingredients
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 package Italian dressing mix.7-ounce
  • 1 bunch green onionschopped
  • 1pound crab fingers
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except crab fingers.
  2. Toss crab fingers in mixture and marinate 1 hour, or overnight, in the refrigerator.
