Queso Dip

Ingredients
  • 112-ounce can evaporated skim milk
  • 1tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1cup shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 110-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiliesdrained
  • 1teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
  1. In large nonstick pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, combine evaporated milk and cornstarch. Bring to boil, stirring constantly, until thickens about 4 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, cooking until cheese is melted and mixture creamy.
