Ingredients
  • 1 3/4pounds ground sirloin
  • 1 onionchopped
  • 1tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 package taco seasoning1-ounce
  • 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes14 1/2-ounce
  • 1 can tomatoes and green chilies10-ounce
  • 2cups fat-free chicken broth
  • 12ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 can black beansdrained and rinsed, 15-ounce
Instructions
  1. In large nonstick pan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is done. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomatoes and green chilies and broth; bring to a boil
  2. Add pasta stirring to combine. Return to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook about 10-14 minutes or until pasta is done. Stir in beans and heat.
