Did you know buttery green avocados are considered a fruit–rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated (good) fat and one of the most nutrient-dense foods. Fat is key to a soft complexion, helping skin to recover and regenerate new skin cells; and if you have persistent dry skin you may not be eating enough healthy fats. Avocados contain Vitamin E which is an ingredient in anti-wrinkle creams, having anti-aging properties. You will find good for you ingredients throughout my skin care recipes!!!
