Holly’s expertise as spokesperson and healthy cooking expert features her healthy easy recipes and her passion for eating healthy! Through the years, Holly associated with an array of household brands. These brands include Wal-Mart, Diet Coke, Albertsons, Pace Salsa/Campbells Soup, AmMed Direct Diabetes Mail Order Supplies, Tyson and Betty Crocker. Also, locally in Louisiana, she worked with Associated Food Stores videos, Louisiana Sweet Potato Commission and currently Louisiana Crawfish Research and Promotions Board

Holly has worked with magazines and websites through the years.  This list continually evolves as new and exciting opportunities choose to feature Holly and her recipes.  She is most excited her column, ‘Well Done” with the The Advocate Newspaper which reaches Baton Rouge, New Orleans and Lafayette.

Holly’s Video Partnerships with Teflon, Walmart, and Associated Foods  and Others

She also worked with DuPont for their Teflon campaign. Holly was featured in a national Teflon/DuPont nonstick cookware video.  The advertising campaign appeared in magazines like People, Ladies Home Journal, USA Today and on the Jumbotron in New York City.  For her partnership with Walmart, she did a series of healthy cooking videos and you can find them all here.  These videos featured their Great Value Brand with her healthy easy recipesand here’s an example of Salsa Chicken with Walmart.

Hospital Partnerships

Holly partnered with hospitals nationwide. Holly partnered with  Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  She was their recipe consultant and spokesperson  She also partners with Baylor Scott & White HealthHolly works with the dietitians and their cooking classes. Holly’s latest hospital association is with Mountain States Health Alliance in Tennessee. Holly partners with Heart & Soul for recipe consultation and videos.

As a Diabetes Influencer for Omni Channel Health Media, Holly’s recipes are featured on CDiabetes.com (Costco Online) and WebMD. She frequently writes articles for other blogs and publications.
