Spring Recipes

Spring Recipes To Highlight Seasonal Holidays!

I love spring recipes and the seasonal ingreients.  Put the hearty, heavy meals away for winter and enjoy strawberries, asparagus and of course, our Louisiana crawfish.  From March to May, we celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, Easter and Mother’s Day. Then, don’t forget about all the graduations. Spring is a festive time of year and I have some great green recipes, favorite Easter Bunny Biscuits, delcious Mother’s Day brunch and even healthy Cajun recipes.  Most of my cookbooks include menus to guide you with recipes.  All my recipes are healthy easy recipes.spring favorites

St. Paddys Day Starts the Spring Recipes

I have fun with St. Patrick’s Day and green dessert recipes.  I think my Frozen Pistachio Pie tops my list of favorites and anyone who tries it definitely agrees.  With only six ingredients this velvety ice cream pie laced with hot fudge is the BEST!

Easter Recipes And Spring Go Together

From ham to Bunny Biscuits my Easter spring recipes are easy to make.  We start to see juicy fresh fruit and watermelon isn’t too far behind.  As tradition in Louisiana, Good Friday is usually a crawfish boil and check out the crawfish site for all the scoop on Louisiana crawfish.
