Festive Halloween themed food can be exciting and delicious without being full of sugar and fat. Kids will have fun making and eating these nutritiously cute Jack O’ Lantern Grilled cheese Sandwiches. Use whole wheat bread for an extra dose of fiber – make sure you look for the first word in the ingredient list to be “whole” for maximum nutrition. Find more fun, party themed food in the ‘Ready-Made Menu’s‘ chapter of my Trim and Terrific KITCHEN 101: Secrets to Cooking Confidence.
