Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled eggs chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs whiltes chopped
- 1/3 cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capers drained
- 1 tbsp fresh dill weed finely chooped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 ounces smoked salmon diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper

- In large bowl, combine chopped eggs, egg whites, red onion, capers, dill, lemon juice and salmon. Drizzle with oil and carefully combine. Add pepper to taste.
