After all the heavy eating, you’ll enjoy super satisfying chicken quesadilla recipe using leftover holiday ingredients.. Leftover Thanksgiving turkey turns into a dinnertime delight. Turn a simple chicken quesadilla recipe into another mouthwatering meal with Brie cheese and cranberry chutney. You can substitute leftover cranberry sauce for the cranberry chutney!
Servings 24 wedges |
- 6 8-10 inch flour tortillas
- 1 (9-ounce) jar cranberry chutney
- 8 ounces brie cheese rind removed and sliced
- 2/3 cup chicken or turkey chopped
Ingredients

- Preheat oven 425ºF. Coat baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread one side of tortilla with cranberry chutney and top with sliced Brie. Add turkey and fold in half, pressing edges together.
- Place on prepared pan and bake about 5 minutes. Bake until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden. Let quesadillas sit a few minutes and then cut into wedges.
