Holly’s Oldie But Goodie Recipe

Holly’s Frozen Surprise S’mores from Holly’s Freezer Friendly cookbook will have you feeling like you’re right next to the campfire without smelling like one. These Frozen Surprise S’mores are a summer classic marriage of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallow with peanut butter. - 1 package instant chocolate pudding and pie filling 4 serving
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 pound box graham crackers
- 1 container frozen fat free whipped topping thawed, 8-ounce
Ingredients

- In bowl, whisk together the pudding, milk, and peanut butter.
- Divide graham crackers in half (2 pieces together) and lay on baking sheet.
- Spread pudding mixture on half of the graham crackers, and top with whipped topping. Cover with other half of graham cracker, pressing down gently to form a sandwich.
- Freeze on baking sheet.
