Yes, the Jumbotron in Times Square!! In December of 2005 Teflon gave me a call. Hard to believe but the call was to let me know my picture was going to be featured on that BIG SCREEN in Times Square! I had been doing media for nonstick Teflon cookware. I was in my home office when I got the call. Talk about being excited!!! I could not believe it! Of course, I immediately booked a flight to New York City to go see this for myself. My cookbooks focus on healthy easy recipes which was the perfect partnership for Teflon.

We made it to New York! There I was… I was huge… literally! It’s amazing how big those screens really are. Especially when you’re looking at yourself! We went at the end of December so we decided to stay for the New Years Eve celebration in Times Square. I will never forget this incredible experience. I’m so glad I was part of the Teflon team. Not to mention, my kids thought their mom was pretty cool!

Best of all, one of my trim and terrific recipes was featured on the Jumbotron also. I was given the opportunity to work with Teflon because they loved my easy, healthy recipes in my trim and terrific cookbooks
