One Best Joint Pain Relief: Start with Chopped Vegetables and Pre-cut Ingredients
The first way I find natural joint pain relief is to look for pre-cut and pre chopped vegetables ingredients. I think you’ll be surprised at how many ingredients you can find pre-cut for my healthy simple recipes. Using these available options not only simplifies cooking, but makes it so much easier on joint pain! This Stuffed Bell Pepper Bake is one of my most popular YouTube recipe videos and n my healthy cooking blog. Why? Because no one has time to stuff peppers and I take advantage of pre cut assorted colored fresh bell peppers Wait until you taste this delicious unstuffed bell pepper casserole recipe.

Look for pre chopped seasonings. (pic of chopped onion mixture) You can even find seasoning mixes with onion, green bell pepper and celery already mixed together. Another convenience ingredient I keep on hand at all times is chopped garlic – so easy to use!

Joint Friendly Batch Cooking
The second way to find natural joint pain relief is to utilize batch cooking. Wondering what batch cooking is? When you are making healthy simple recipes, always make extra to freeze for another day. Most recipes freeze great like this Rotisserie Chicken Lasagna. Cut lasagna into individual servings, wrap with Sarah wrap and freeze so you can have it next night or even the next week. There is nothing better than pulling a good pizza from the freezer for a last-minute meal when you don’t feel like cooking.
Convenient Kitchen Set Up to Ease Arthritis
Last but certainly not least, a convenient kitchen set up is important for natural joint pain relief. It might seem like common sense, but you want your kitchen convenient to you to cook healthy simple recipes. Try to keep your can opener, or whatever you use most often on the counter within close reach to eliminate too much bending and twisting. Take advantage of food processors and blenders to create chopped vegetables for natural joint pain relief. They help keep from having to do so much chopping and mixing. Also, use lighter weight pots with two handles in these healthy simple recipes because they are easier to hold.
