SALSA DE FRESAS from Alimentándose bien durante el cáncer (Spanish cancer book edition of  Eating Well Through Cancer)

Esta salsa le ofrecerá un doble placer, ya que se hace con fresas y al mismo tiempo se mojan las fresas en la salsa, ¡simplemente delicioso!

 Ingredientes para 40 porciones (una cucharada por porción)

1 cuarto de galón de fresas sin tallos y picadas
1/4 taza de azúcar moreno ligero
1/4 taza de jugo de naranja
1 taza de yogur griego descremado de vainilla
1/2 cucharadita de la ralladura de cáscara de naranja

1.En un tazón mezcle todos los ingredientes. Refrigérelo.
