  • 1/3cup finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/3cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 large avocadodiced
  • 1/2teaspoon olive oil
  • 1tablespoon lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate until using.
