If you’re drinking beer while grilling, you might as well cook with it! Try this easy moist salmon poached in a sensational mixture cooked in a foil pouch. That means no washing dishes-eat out of the foil to enjoy the juices.

Ingredients
  • 4 salmon filetsskin removed, 6-ounce
  • 4 large squares heavy duty foil
  • 1teaspoon garlic saltdivided
  • 4slices thin onion rings
  • 4teaspoons olive oildivided
  • 4teaspoons light brown sugardivided
  • 8tablespoons lite beerdivided
  • 4teaspoons olive oildivided
  • 4teaspoons light brown sugardivided
  • 8tablespoons lite beerdivided
Instructions
  1. Place each salmon fillet in middle of large foil square. Sprinkle each with 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt, top with one sliced onion, 1 teaspoon olive oil, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons beer around each fillet, not on top of salmon. Fold up foil into pouches.
  3. Grill 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and eat directly out of the foil.
