Ingredients
  • 1/2pound ground sirloin
  • 1 onionchopped
  • 1 green or red bell peppercored, chopped
  • 1tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1tablespoon chopped jarred jalapenos
  • 2(15-ounce) cans black- eyed peasrinsed and drained
  • 1(10-ounce) can tomatoes and green chiliesdiced
  • 1 1/2cups reduced-fat Mexican blend cheeseshredded
Instructions
  1. In nonstick pot coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook meat, onion, and bell pepper, until meat is done.

  2. Stir in flour and add remaining ingredients. Stir the dip until the cheese is melted and the dip is heated thoroughly.
