- 3 pound brisket trimmed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- pepper to taste
- 1 (12-ounce) can diet Dr. Pepper
- Mango Barbecue Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven 300°F.
- Season brisket with chili powder, garlic powder and pepper. Place in roaster or slow cooker. Pour Dr. Pepper over top. Bake, covered, 5 hours or until tender. Serve with Mango Barbecue Sauce (see recipe).
