Ingredients
2eggs
3/4cupsugar
1 3/4cupsbuttermilk
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonvanilla extract
19-inchunbaked pie shell
Streusel Topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F.
In mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, flour, buttermilk, and vanilla. Pour into pie shell.
Bake 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 300°F. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping, and bake 50-55 minutes or until set.
Turn oven to broil, broil about 2 minutes. Watch carefully. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
