Chicken Caesar Sandwich
Turn left over chicken into a super sandwich. The loaf of bread is easier to hollow out if you cut it into six servings first.

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread16-ounce, whole wheat may also be used
  • 1pieces large head romaine lettucetorn into
  • 1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2cups grilled or leftover cooked chicken breasts
  • 2tablespoons nonfat sour cream
  • 2tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
  1. Hollow out inside of French bread. Discard extra bread and set aside.
  2. In bowl, combine lettuce, cheese, chicken.
  3. In small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Toss mixtures together, stuff into each hollow bread section.
