Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Chow down on these simple 5-minute sliders with a classic chicken parmesan taste to get rid of that sluggish feeling. Makes a great tailgate appetizer, party pick-up, lunch or snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 3/4cups shredded cooked chicken breastskin removed, rotisserie
  • 1 tomato sauce8-ounce
  • 1teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1in miniature rollssplithalf, 12-pack
  • 3/4cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to broil. Line baking pan with foil.
  2. In bowl, combine chicken, tomato sauce, garlic, basil and oregano.
  3. Divide chicken mixture on one side of bread and sprinkle with cheese. Lay other half on baking pan.
  4. Broil 1 1/2-2 minutes or until cheese melted and bread toasted. Watch closely. Put slider back together.
