Chicken Pesto Personal Pizza

Ingredients
  • 2 whole-wheat pitas
  • 2teaspoons pesto
  • 6tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3cup shredded cooked or grilled chicken
  • 2tablespoons chopped artichoke hearts
  • 2tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoesreconstituted in hot water
  • 2tablespoons crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Coat baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cover pitas with pesto and layer with remaining ingredients. Place on prepared pan and bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and pita is crisp.
