Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
  • 116-5 ounce roll + 4 ounces of another chocolate chip slice-and-bake cookie dough
  • 18-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 2/3cup sugar
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Coat 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Press one cookie dough roll into bottom of pan; set aside
  3. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add egg whites, mixing well. Carefully pour on top cookie crust. Crumble remaining 4 ounces cookie dough over cream cheese layer. Bake 25-30 minute or until filling set and top done.
