Chocolate Fondue
For dipping, use angel food cake cut into squares, marshmallows, or fresh fruit which is so perfect this time of year.
Ingredients
  • 2cups sugar
  • 3/4cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 2tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4teaspoon salt
  • 4cups cold skim milk
  • 3tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4teaspoon butter extract
Instructions
  1. In nonstick pot, mix sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt together. Add skim milk, stirring well.
  2. Over medium heat, bring to boil. Lower heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add butter, vanilla, and butter extract.
