Cranberry Avocado Mixed Green Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 bag baby spinach9-ounce
  • 1 bag mixed greens9-ounce
  • 2 medium avocadoschopped
  • 1/3cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3cup pecanstoasted
  • 1tablespoon sugar
  • 1tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2teaspoon paprika
  • 2teaspoons ground mustard
  • 2tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1/2cup seasoned rice or white vinegar
  • 1/3cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, mix together spinach, mixed greens, avocados, cranberries, and pecans.
  2. In another small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients for vinaigrette. Toss together when ready to serve.
