Ingredients
  • 1 1/4pounds baking potatoespeeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 1/4pounds sweet potatoespeeled and cut into chunks
  • 1tablespoon butter
  • 2/3cup skim milk
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In large pot, bring potatoes and enough water to cover to a boil. Boil 20 -25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain potatoes and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and mash potatoes until creamy.
