Curry Chicken
Need a quick chicken dinner dish loaded with flavor, toss together chicken and four ingredients for a sweet and savory melt in your mouth flavor for the best curry chicken recipe! This is also a paleo chicken recipe.

Ingredients
  • 2tpsb buttermelted
  • 1/4cup honey
  • 1/4cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2tsp ground curry powder
  • 1 1/2lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 375ºF. Line baking pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken. Coat chicken in curry sauce and place on pan.  Pour remaining sauce over chicken.
  3. Bake 40-45 minutes; turning chicken halfway through, cooking until chicken is done.
