Easy Caprese Salad
My favorite of caprese salad recipes starts with ripe juicy tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. This simple salad rocks! I make this fabulous salad year round but it just tastes better in the summer months.  Make Caprese Salad with garden fresh tomatoes and fresh basil –fresh makes everything tastes better. I don’t have a green thumb but I can grow fresh basil. Not only is this salad easy to make but the vibrant colors give it such eye appeal.  Take advantage of my easy summer recipes on my blog.
