Ingredients
  • 1pound ground sirloin
  • 1/2pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1(16-ounce) jar salsa
  • 1(8-ounce) package reduced-fat Mexican blend cheeseshredded
Instructions
  1. In nonstick pot, cook meat and mushrooms over medium heat 5–7 minutes or until meat done. Drain excess fat.

  2. Add salsa and cheese and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
