Bruschetta with Tomatoes
The best Bruschetta recipe ever! A fresh, simple and delicious mixture of tomatoes, fresh basil and Kalamatas from the olive bar.  One of those fresh basil recipes that makes a difference and especially for seasonal summer recipes!

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • cloves Garlicor minced garlic
  • 1 1/2cups finely chopped tomatoes(about 1 1/2 pounds seeded)
  • 1/4cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4cup chopped onion
  • 2teaspoons olive oil
  • 1teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5teaspoon 6 fresh basil leaves or 1 dried basil leaveschopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 450°F. Slice French bread into thin slices and bake about 10 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and rub garlic clove across top.

  2. In bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. When ready to serve, top toasted bread.
