Ingredients
  • 1cup large avocado(about 2/3 mashed)
  • 1 1/2cups shelled edamamethawed
  • 2tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2cup salsa
  • 3tablespoons nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Mix until smooth.
