Ingredients
  • 8 skinlessboneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4cup lemon juicedivided
  • 1tablespoon dried oregano leavesdivided
  • pepper to taste
  • 3ounces crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 3tablespoons chopped green onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 350°F. Coat 13x9x2-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken in prepared baking dish, drizzle with half lemon juice. Sprinkle with half oregano and pepper. Top with cheese and green onion. Drizzle with remaining lemon juice and oregano.
  3. Bake, covered, 45 minutes-1 hour, or until done.
