Lemon Pie
This easy lemon dessert with cream cheese recipe is so simple and so divine and I get so many recipe requests. Everyone loves cheesecake and this no bake lemon pie with cream cheese is a cross between a cheesecake and pie. It’s from the Lovin No Oven chapter in this fun cookbook!  I serve this easy lemon dessert with fresh berries for a nutritional boost and I think raspberries are my favorite berries.  Serve with your favorite fruit.

Ingredients
  • 18-ounce package reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 114-ounce package fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2cup lemon juice
  • 1tbsp lemon rindgrated
  • 9inch graham cracker crustprepared
Instructions
  1. In mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy and stir in lemon rind.
  2. Transfer to graham cracker crust and refrigerate pie until firm for about 4 hours.
