Peanut Butter Mix

Ingredients
  • 2tablespoons honey
  • 3tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3cups cereal (assorted shredded wheatoatmeal chex, corn bran chex)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 175°F. Line baking pan with foil coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In microwave-safe dish, microwave honey and peanut butter about 20 seconds or until smooth. Toss with cereal, coating well. Spread on prepared baking pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours. Cool.
