Pear Chopped Salad
Crisp pears, tart cherries, bacon and feta combined with romaine lettuce create an incredible tasting, almost seductive salad. Toss with your favorite balsamic vinaigrette or combination of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
  • 6cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 medium pearschopped
  • 1/3cup dried cherries or cranberries
  • 1/3 chopped pecanstoasted
  • 1/3cup chopped red onion
  • 6slices crisp-cooked turkey baconcrumbled
  • 1/3cup reduced-fat feta cheese
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, combine lettuce, pears, cherries, pecans, bacon and feta.
  2. Toss with vinaigrette before serving.
