Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry Chipotle Sauce in Crock Pot

Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloinstrimmed, 1-pound
  • 2tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1tablespoon dried thyme leaves
  • 3/4cup Raspberry Chipotle Saucedivided
Instructions
  1. In 3 ½-6 quart slow cooker, season pork tenderloins with garlic and thyme. Add 1/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle sauce.
  2. Cook on LOW 4 hours or until tender.
  3. Preheat broiler. Remove tenderloins to foil lined baking pan. Spread top with 1/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over both tenderloins. Broil 1-2 minutes, turn over and cover tenderloins with remaining 1/4 cup Raspberry Chipotle Sauce 1-2 minutes.
